- Please contact your local post office in regards to lost or damaged goods. ONCE IT LEAVES OUR FACILITIES, IT IS OUT OF OUR HANDS.

- PLEASE RESPECT OUR POLICY & DO NOT REACH OUT TO WOFF STAFF OR OWNER ASKING FOR SPECIAL FAVORS. It is not fair to other customers & puts US in a terrible position to say NO. ALL RETURNS MUST FOLLOW THE RETURN GUIDELINES.
- Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 10 days for local pick up. You must initiate a return here within 7 days of receiving a shipped item.
- It is at our discretion as to whether something qualifies for a return.
- Items returned must be in the original condition, no stains, rips, tears or signs of wear. We inspect items before they leave our possession.
- WOFF TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED. If not attached there is a 15% restocking fee if the item is deemed fit for a return.
- SALE TAB ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Please do not try to return or exchange them. They are non returnable and exchangeable.
- Discounted items 25% and over are final sale. SALE CODES OVER 20% ARE FINAL SALE.
- SALE THREAD ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. No exchanges or returns.
- WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS ONCE PLACED.
- If you choose the wrong shipping/pickup option at checkout & we ship your order, you forfeit your return window if it is not back in our possession within the 12 days of your original order date.********
- YOU MUST VISIT THE RETURN CENTER TAB TO INITIATE YOUR RETURN.
- Packing slip must be included with return.
- Returns are eligible for store credit only.
- ALL Sale/clearance items, Accessories, Gift cards, Bras, Bralettes, Lingerie, Swimwear and Gift Items are NOT returnable, they are final sale.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility, unless we sent damaged goods.
- Once the package leaves the store, it is at the responsibility of the postal service.
- If you chose pick up and after an extended period of time, you come to pick up your item, you will miss the return window. If you choose to have it shipped because you could not pick it up, you will have missed the return window if a return request is not filed within 10 days of original order.
- Local pick-up orders have the same return policy. 10 days from the time your fulfillment email is sent is the time you have to pick up and return.
- We know the day your email is sent so please check junk spam all mail etc.
- It is NOT 10 days from the time you pick up.
- It is your responsibility to keep up with how many orders you have to pick up. We have too many coming thru daily to keep up with this.
- You will be charged a shipping fee for orders that were selected for pick up but need to be shipped.
- After 6 months of not picking up your order, we will donate the items to a local shelter. No refunds, store credit etc for donated items.
- All items will be paid for upfront.
- If you change your mind on a preorder, you will receive store credit unless WOFF cancels the order.
- Preorders are items ordered ahead of time. If they don't ship on their scheduled date, that is not at WOFF's fault.
Mystery Bags, sale threads etc:
- Final sale, period. Mystery bag items are not exchangeable or returnable. You are receiving items for less than wholesale value.
